WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF MICHELIN AGROPRESSURE?
MICHELIN Agropessure mobile phone version
Harvester machine to harvest wheat field working
Calculating your tyre pressure is an essential factor in the performance of a farm, as it optimises the longevity and traction capacity of your tyres as well as helping to preserve the soil and save fuel.
- EASY to use, thanks to a simple interface.
- FAST and RELIABLE to give you pressure advice in less than 3 minutes (BAR and PSI).
- Get CUSTOMISED ADVICE thanks to a technical database of tractors and implements.
- Easily SHARABLE pressure advice.
WHY THE RIGHT TYRE PRESSURE IS ESSENTIAL FOR YOUR FARM?
Increase your farm yields
By reducing soil compaction and limiting the formation of ruts.
Save time
Limit slippage in your field with the right pressure and a larger footprint will help you to be more productive.
Reduce your costs
With the right tyre pressure, you can limit rolling resistance and benefit from fuel savings while optimising the life of your tyres.
Robust simulator based on reliable, customised data

Having the right tractor tyre pressure will be a key factor in improving your performance on agricultural soils, as well as saving you time and reducing the cost of your tractor's fuel consumption.
To ensure reliable measurements, MICHELIN recommends using a pressure gauge independent of the one on the compressor. The precision digital or needle pressure gauges (0 to 4 bar: 0-60 Psi) usually sold in agricultural dealerships or from your tyre dealer are very suitable. However, check their reliability over time by comparing the measurements with a more recent manometer. Humidity, weather and shocks can all cause these gauges to go out of adjustment. This can lead to the application of an actual pressure that differs from the one displayed. Under-inflation has a number of consequences for performance: damage to the tyre carcass (breakage), faster and/or irregular wear, increased fuel consumption, etc. The consequences of over-inflation are less serious, but a pressure that is too high will not optimise tyre performance: reduced traction capacity with a higher slip rate, or a reduced footprint that increases soil compaction. Thanks to AGROPRESSURE, you now know how much pressure to apply, just remember to check it from time to time.
Thanks to MICHELIN AGROPRESSURE you will find an easy-to-use tool for understanding tyre pressure advice. You can also consult the tyre pressure tables for agricultural tractors HERE
